Improve your heart health with our cardio classes! Depending on what exercises you're looking for from running, jumping, kickboxing or dance. The Y offers Cycling, Running, Zumba, HIIT, Water Exercise, RPM and more to challenge you on your health and wellness journey. For low-impact cardio, members can try Cycling and Bodycombat.
Yoga & Pilates
Connect your mind, body and spirit through Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes at the Y! Leave with an overall sense of well-being in your strength, posture, flexibility and balance. Yoga and pilates place emphasis on physical alignment and various deep relaxation techniques, while increasing strength, flexibility and awareness of the body.
Les Mills
Let's get fit together! Find the type of program that works for you, with trained instructors to help you reach your goals. Improve your strength with Bodypump™, empower your workout with cardio in Bodycombat™. Find strength and relaxation with Bodyflow™, control your intensity in cycling with RPM™, and if you want to combine strength, cardio and core to maximize your workout, there's Bodyvive™.
Pickleball
Practice those backhand techniques and come play Pickleball with the Y! Pickleball combines the elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. Following USAPA guidelines, the rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn but it can develop into a quick, fast-paced competitive game for experienced players. Cycling
Get in gear with YMCA Cycling classes! Our inspiring cycling instructors will lead your class on an indoor journey through mixed terrains (hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training) to the rhythm of powerful music. By increasing or decreasing tension on the bike, you control the intensity of your ride, making this cycling class suitable for both new and experienced riders.
Water Exercise
Join us for one of our many water exercise classes ideal for members of all fitness levels! Classes provide motivation, fitness and fun while floating and resisting the water. We offer water exercise classes like Aqua Zumba, Deep Water Exercise & Aerobics, Water Walking and more!
