Get in gear with YMCA Cycling classes! Our inspiring cycling instructors will lead the class on an indoor journey through mixed terrains (hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training) to the rhythm of powerful music. By increasing or decreasing tension on the bike, you control the intensity of your ride, making this cycling class suitable for both new and experienced riders.
CageFit for Personal Training
This metabolic personal training conditioning class is designed to execute quality movement — incorporating cardio, bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, barbells, slam balls, medicine balls and other equipment on the Hoist Motion Cage.
The YMCA of the Suncoast offers specialized tennis lessons and programs for kids and league and/or tournament play for adults. The Y's tennis program is all about fun, friends, fitness and learning this lifetime sport! Whether you're attempting to hit your first forehand, playing your first match, or preparing for an overhead smash, you'll love the classes we have.
Pickleball is a paddle sport that anyone can play. Players use a paddle and a plastic ball on a badminton-sized court and a set-up very similar to tennis.

Fitness Boot Camp
Are you ready for a fitness challenge? Then YMCA fitness boot camp is the class for you. Boot camp is a military-style combination of calisthenics and outdoor running/walking to strengthen all major muscle groups and increase cardiovascular capacity.
Held in a group setting and designed to cater to all fitness levels, boot camp is non-traditional way to get in shape, lose weight and feel great!
