Pedaling for Parkinson's

  The Research

Pedaling a bicycle could be a powerful tool in improving the lives of those living with Parkinson’s disease. A groundbreaking study by the Cleveland Clinic found that participants experienced a 35% reduction in symptoms simply by pedaling at a rapid pace—optimally between 80–90 revolutions per minute (RPM). While it’s not a cure, the evidence is strong: consistent, fast-paced cycling can make a meaningful difference for many individuals with Parkinson’s.
