This is a two-hour, two-part workshop consisting of both Living Our Cause for Frontline Leaders and Orientation to Diversity, Global and Inclusion. One hour is designed for those staff that have the most face-to-face time with our members, program participants, and potential members and focuses on what really matters: the heart and minds of our staff. The Y's mission and cause will be brought to life so that staff can more easily create experiences for our members that align with our cause-centered culture. The second hour introduces some core concepts related to how we define diversity, inclusion, and being globally-minded in the Y. During the workshop, participants are encouraged to examine their personal experiences and perspectives and explore ways to further their development to be more inclusive and globally-minded leaders.
