This metabolic personal training conditioning class is designed to execute quality movement — incorporating cardio, bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, barbells, slam balls, medicine balls and other equipment on the Hoist Motion Cage.

CageFit workouts will always change and encourage your body to do the same. Build camaraderie and confi dence as you train in a small group setting with a certified personal trainer!

Quick. Done in 30 minutes. Workouts will be posted in advance.
Intense. This will be a challenging, high-intensity workout.
Convenient. For those wanting to get a quick workout in before or after work, there are 12 opportunities a week to do the workout — twice per day, 6 days per week.
Community. The same group of like-minded people will see each other day after day and build relationships. People can put their name on a “leader board” in the wellness center, along with the time that they completed certain exercises.
Accountability. Workouts are specially designed and led by nationally certified trainers.

The cage is the piece of equipment the training will work around. It will be closed only to members of CageFit during the 30-minute slots in the morning and evening.
