Stem (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) jobs are growing at a rapid pace. These jobs, typically come with high earning potential, yet women and people of color are unrepresented in these fields.
The Y is working to close the gender gap and address racial and ethnic disparities in access to STEM education.
Giving more opportunities to all youth to encourage them to develop skills and achieve their full potential. STEM activities are a part of Y programming at more than 1000 sites nationwide.
