The YMCA Lifeguard V7 course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to be a lifeguard and professional rescuer. Participants will be certified in American Safety and Health Institute's (ASHI) courses: Basic Life Support (BLS), Adult First Aid, Pediatric First Aid, and Emergency use of Medical Oxygen.

New Employee Orientation is required within the first 90 days of employment.

This course provides current YMCA Swim Lessons Instructors the opportunity to recertify their swim lessons teaching skills.

The Cause Driven Tour class prepares staff to be able to introduce and educate prospective members to the Y as a Cause-driven organization.
