Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be certified in Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED and First Aid for the Community and Workplace through the ASHI. This is a YMCA of the Suncoast training where instruction and certification are included in the class fee.

The purpose of YMCA Lifeguard v6 Recertification course is to provide individuals who hold current YMCA Lifeguard certification the opportunity to participate in a modified YMCA Lifeguard course to renew their certification prior to expiration.Pre-requisites:

Whether it is a team you are assigned, create, or serve in the Y or in your community, this course will help you build the competencies to lead others in a supportive, inspiring, and non-authoritative or managerial way.
