Class Description:
Storytelling has emerged as one of the most powerful methods for communicating the Y's cause and advancing critical efforts such as fundraising; engaging staff, members, boards and community representatives; and building a cause-driven culture. Storytelling is a key technique that celebrates and reminds us to live our cause every day. The Experience Storytelling workshop is an interactive session, which explores practical tips from both inside and outside the y on how to engage leaders of all levels to gather and share stories.
Required Equipment:
Light snacks will be provided. If participants are also attending Living Our Cause Experience immediately preceding Experience Storytelling, they are encouraged to bring lunch with them.
