Class Description:
Living Our Cause serves as a reminder and celebration of how we all live our cause each day by thinking, acting and communicating in ways that strengthen community. During this interactive session, participants will learn how to foster a cause-driven culture at their Y among staff and volunteers at all levels with an emphasis on engaging front-line staff and volunteer leaders. Participants will learn about and experience short and simple engagement activities (called Nuggets) that can be incorporated into daily activities to remind us all to live our cause every day.
Required Equipment:
Light snacks will be provided. If participants are also attending Experience Storytelling immediately following LOC, they are encouraged to bring lunch with them.
