CLASS DESCRIPTION
This training is designed to help our staff understand more about the YMCA of the Suncoast’s Strategic Plan and how it aligns with the new Y branding. Staff must have worked for the YMCA of the Suncoast for 6 months (preferably), attended NEO 2 and have supervisor recommendation. There is also a recognition award of $25 ONLY if the homework assignment has been completed (Non-Exempt only).

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
Your Supervisor’s approval is required to register in ACTIVE, and each branch is responsible for enrolling their staff in YMCA of the Suncoast Trainings.
