YMCA Survivorship & Wellness Program Powered by Moffitt serves people affected by cancer and empowers them to reclaim their health and well-being. YMCA of the Suncoast is honored to offer this program to residents of Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Citrus counties.

Pedaling for Parkinson's

Set to energizing music, these indoor cycling classes are designed to motivate and challenge participants at every level. Led by instructors trained in Parkinson’s-specific needs, each session focuses on building strength, endurance and confidence—all within a socially supportive and uplifting environment.

M.A.S.H. – Mainstream Adults Sharing Hope program is for people age 18 and above who have with physical and cognitive disabilities. Participants meet for activities that encourage socializing, developing healthy habits and uplifting the spirit through community involvement, inside and outside the Y.

Togetherhood provides Y members with fun, convenient and rewarding ways to give back and support their communities. It is the YMCA's member-led service program for Social Responsibility.
