We also have group personal training programs for teens and youth ages 10 and up! For our tweens and teens ages we have Youth Functional Fitness. Find these youth group personal training programs.

This program is designed to help teens stay active while building positive relationships, self-confidence, and overall wellness. The kids will use both cardio, strength training equipment, as well as, participate in interactive indoor/outdoor games and activities.

Plus, the YMCA of the Suncoast has youth and teen fitness conditioning programs that are indoor and outdoor group based exercise specifically designed for youth ages 5-12 and 9-16. Over the course of 12 weeks, participants will sweat, get dirty, become stronger, work on leadership and teamwork skills and most importantly have a great time doing it!
