At the age of 18, Jacques fled a country devastated by civil war in search of freedom and opportunity. Arriving in the United States with little more than hope, he embraced the American dream through hard work, education, and an unwavering commitment to giving back. Today, he considers it one of his greatest blessings to serve the very communities that welcomed him.

Jacques is the National Director of Chapter Engagement for the FBI National Citizens Academy Alumni Association, where he provides strategic leadership to chapters across the United States. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at St. Petersburg College, preparing the next generation of business leaders, financial professionals, and entrepreneurs. His commitment to servant leadership has earned him numerous honors, including the FBI Director's Community Leadership Award, the FBI National Citizens Academy Alumni Association Presidential Gold Medal for Superior Service, and recognition as a Titan 100, honoring the top CEOs and executives in the Tampa Bay region. He has also been recognized by the Rotary Club of New Port Richey as both Rookie of the Year and Rotarian of the Year, reflecting his unwavering commitment to "Service Above Self."

Jacques' dedication to strengthening communities is reflected in his extensive civic leadership. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Morton Plant North Bay Hospital (BayCare), the Board of Directors for Premier Community HealthCare, as Finance Chair for United Way of Pasco County, on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer for Pasco Kids First, the Board of Directors for Leadership Pasco, the Board of Directors for Pasco Appraiser Gives, and as Treasurer of the Rotary Club of New Port Richey. He is also a Council Member for the YMCA J. P. Gills Branch, an Honorary Board Member of the Woody Williams Foundation supporting Gold Star Families Memorial Monuments, and serves as an Honorary Commander at MacDill Air Force Base, fostering partnerships between military leaders and the local community. Professionally, Jacques is the founder and president of successful business ventures, combining entrepreneurial vision with financial stewardship and a passion for innovation. Throughout his career, he has mentored emerging leaders, strengthened nonprofit organizations, and built partnerships that have made a lasting impact across the Tampa Bay region.

A lifelong advocate for faith, family, and community, Jacques believes that true success is measured not by what we accumulate, but by how faithfully we serve others. His journey from escaping oppression to embracing the opportunities of the American dream stands as a testament to God's faithfulness and the extraordinary impact one person can have when they answer the call to lead with humility, courage, and compassion.

Jacques and his wife, Jade, have called Pasco County home for more than 25 years, where they continue to invest their time, talents, and resources in building stronger communities and inspiring others to live lives of purpose and service.
