We have some exciting updates from our Hernando Family YMCA! You may have noticed a little dust, demolition and equipment being shuffled around, and that’s because we were creating an entirely new wellness center designed to help you push your limits and achieve your goals.
The upgraded space features state-of-the-art EGYM equipment, a smart, connected fitness system that tracks your progress, customizes your workouts and guides you safely through each exercise along with all-new equipment – from free weights to treadmills and everything in between! Combined with brand-new flooring and modern layout, the wellness center is designed to provide a more functional, motivating and enjoyable workout environment for members of all ages and fitness levels.

In addition to the wellness floor, we recently completed renovations of our locker rooms in June, giving members a fresh, modern and comfortable space. Updates include:
- Upgraded HVAC for improved comfort
- All-new finishes with a welcoming, contemporary design
- Completely updated plumbing and electrical systems
- Two additional individual locker rooms for extra privacy and convenience
- Fresh paint throughout the entire building, inside and out
