A great benefit of YMCA Membership is having hundreds of free wellness classes available to you and your family!
We offer group exercise classes for every activity level; from beginner low impact classes to more involved choreographed classes, you will find the perfect wellness program for you!
For example, we offer an array of Les Mills classes from BODYPUMP, COMBAT and RPM. Speaking of RPM, members can take part in our Spinning classes. They are popular with the growing triathlete and cycling community. In addition, we have Yoga, Pilates and Cardio classes to steady and raise that heart rate.
No matter your age or skill level we have a progarm for you. Our SilverSneakers have fun and move to the music through a variety of excersizes designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.
