MyFit For New Members

The first 30 days of your Y membership is the time to establish a routine in order to make a change toward a healthier lifestyle. Your journey to wellness, getting in shape or New Year plan's success needs to be designed for you and based on your current level of fitness. At the YMCA we have personal trainers and wellness coaches that will create a safe and personalized routine that fits your goals. We call it MYFIT.


The MYFIT program will jump start and reward you as a new member. Plus, it will reward you for your progress within the first 30 days of joining. 

Upon joining the Y a member of our staff will consult with you to determine whether you are ready for:

MYFIT Option One- You are just getting started or it's been a while since you have been working out and you need a basic introduction to the classes, equipment and wellness center.

MYFIT Option Two- You have been working out and are familiar with wellness center equipment. You'll start three personal sessions and set specific goals.

Both options are three individual sessions valued at $125 and our goal is help you complete those three workouts within 30 days. Research shows that if you stick with a structured schedule you'll be on your way to reaching your goals and living a healthier lifestyle. At the completion of the three sessions, regardless of the option, you'll receive a $25 YMCA gift certificate to use toward any Y program.

You'll also be entitled to purchase an additional three personal training sessions for $99. This offer will be valid for 30 days and no more than 60 days from your JOIN date. If you decide not to continue the personal training, we'll guide your Y experience by introducing you to more group classes or other personal training options that fit your goals.
