Sport Sponsorships
The North Pinellas Branch YMCA Youth Super Sports program runs mulitple seasons a year. Your sponsorship of the program with items or monentary donations helps provide needed supplies (i.e. sports balls, goals, coaches training materials, etc) If you are interested please take a look at this Youth Super Sports link.
Tae Kwon Do
Our program combines challenging drills and fun activities in a structured environment to develop strength, flexibility, coordination and realistic self-defense skills. Students may participate in classes above their skill level, and are encouraged to attend four, or more, classes per week.
Age: 4 and up

Adult Tennis
Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a new, group activity, featuring drills to give players of ALL abilities the ultimate high-energy workout. Taught by Robert Carlbo, Cardio Tennis consists of warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. This is a fitness program focused more on getting people moving and less on improving specific tennis skills!

Tennis with Anne-Marie Lunde
Cardio Tennis – Elementary: This is a class for students who are beginner to intermediate level tennis players who are looking to get into shape through fun tennis and tennis footwork drills.
Age: 7-10
Schedule: Tuesdays 5-6:00 pm - September 7th – September 28th and/or Thursdays 7-8:00 pm – September 9th –September 30th

Middle/High School Intermediate; A progression from advanced beginner level. Can hit ground strokes and serve fairly well from baseline. Working new strokes, rallying and playing points against classmates.

Elementary Beginner Tennis; Beginning tennis students with little or no experience.
