CPR & AED Training
This course combines lecture, video demonstrations and hands-on CPR skill practice with manikins. Students learn procedures for recognizing emergencies, calling 911/EMS, minimizing exposure to blood borne pathogens, conscious and unconscious choking, rescue breathing and using an AED (automated external defibrillator). Pre-registration is required as there are only 15 spots available.

SilverSneakers® Fitness Program
A great class for seniors! Strength and range of motion benefits are the focus of this creative multi-level conditioning exercise program.
Schedule : Level I: Wednesday & Friday, 11:15 am-12:15 pm
Level II: Tuesday, 12:45 pm
Personal Training
Personal training provides specialized one-on-one training by certified
instructors to help you meet your fitness needs. Whether you are just beginning an exercise program or need help fine-tuning your current one, personal trainers can help you meet your goals. To register, please contact the member services desk.

Yoga
Hatha Yoga helps to relieve mental and physical tensions and anxieties. This balancing of body, mind and spirit will lead to improved health. Beginners are welcome. Classes are open to all our members.

Aerobics
You must be 13 years of age and be accompanied by an adult or 15 years of age and older to participate without an adult.
Body Flex
This is resistance training set to dynamic music, performed in a group setting, taught by a knowledgeable, motivational instructor.

Each member works from an individual station, which consists of a step and the Body Flex variable weight barbell. You have a weight capacity ranging from 3 to 63 pounds. Each member uses weights appropriate to their individual fitness level. The program is designed with 10 segments: a warm-up, cool down, and 8 songs - each one devoted to a specific muscle group.
