Swimming Lessons

The first rained out class will be an indoor boating safety class.  From that point on, rained out classes will be rescheduled on Fridays at the same scheduled time. Refunds will only be granted for illnesses with a documented medical excuse.

Certified instructors teach all YMCA swim classes. The YMCA Swim Lessons program was developed by experts and field-tested by Y aquatics instructors and uses current research on motor control, motor learning, and child development.

All classes will focus on helping children be safer around water, boating safety and character development. The instructor/student ratio for preschool classes is 1:6, and school age and adult classes is 1:8. Each session consists of 6 classes.
Age: 3-Adult
Fee: Facility Members $42 per session; Program Members $64 per session
