Wellness Programs
Group Exercise (land and water)
The YMCA offers a wide range of aerobic and non-aerobic fitness classes. These classes provide participants with a series of movements designed to place stress on the cardiovascular system, which in turn increases, the heart rate. By increasing ones heart rate, members can then increase the amount of oxygen needed to continue the exercise while ultimately burning more calories. All group exercise classes whether on land or in the water are inclusive with your facility membership.
