May 27 is National Senior Health and Fitness Day, which makes this the perfect time to shine a spotlight on YMCA of the Suncoastwellness programs for older adults. Do you know someone who would benefit from one of these Y programs? If so, invite them to your favorite branch to learn more. Guests are always welcome!
