Family Programs

Birthday Parties

Looking for a place to host your child's next birthday party? Let our experienced staff help you plan this great event. Features include: YMCA Staff to assist you with set-up and clean-up, use of tables, chairs, Kid's Zone and aerobics studio up to 3 hours.
Fee: $75Facility Members; $125 for Non-Members

Parent's Night Out

On the last Friday of each month, the YMCA hosts a night of food, fun, and plenty of activities to keep the children busy. The nights usually have a theme and every activity centers around that theme of the night. The hours are 6:00-10:00 pm. Children must be 3 years of age and potty trained to 10 years old in order to participate. Space is limited, so please sign up at our Member Service Desk by the Thursday prior to the event.

Age: 3-10 (must be potty trained)
Fee: $10 for first child; $8 for each additional child
Schedule: Last Friday of each month, 6-10:00 pm

Mom and Dad's Morning Out

Parents enjoy a morning out while the kids take part in games, snacks and music.

Age: 5 and under
Schedule: First Wednesday of the month, 9-11:30 am
Fee: $4 first child, $3 each additional child

Toddler Night Out

Enjoy a night out while we watch the kids for a fun filled night at the YMCA! Children will enjoy a variety of activities, which include games, snacks and crafts.

Age: 6 and under
Schedule: Second Friday of the month, 6-8:00 pm
Fee: $5 first child, $3 each additional child

Afterschool Enrichment Programs

The Bardmoor YMCA brings Programs to the children afterschool. The programs can range from 45 minutes to 1 ½ hours in length. Our YMCA services 4 schools: Bauder Elementary, Oakhurst Elementary, Starkey Elementary and Orange Grove Elementary.
*Program Members pay an annual fee of: $20 for individual or $30 for family to participate in YMCA Programs
These programs are for children in Kindergarten thru Fifth grade.

Kid's Zone Hours

The YMCA of the Suncoast - Bardmoor Branch offers a caring, friendly environment for your children while you workout. Members may sign their child into the Kid's Zone at no cost.

Monday-Thursday 8:30 am-1:00 pm 4:00-8:30 pm
Friday 8:30 am-1:00 pm 4:00-8:00 pm
Saturday 7:30 am-12:00 pm  
Sunday Closed  


The Kid's Zone closes at noon on observed Holidays.
Children are welcome 6 weeks thru 10 years old.
